Iliopoulos bought a $2.6million house in February 2023

John’s wife Ilesha Iliopoulos purchased a house in February in Kew East for $2.62million even though her business makes less that $75,000 a year (not registered for GST). We need a proper audit to show where our money has gone especially with the directors loans John and Chris have taken and the selling off of their personal shares, but I think we have found our answer.

So John. Will you sell the house that e-Mersion bought to pay back the directors loans and debts or refund the investors you’ve ripped off?

You should be ashamed of yourselves! This house was bought with money from Ilesha’s Mums passing of breast cancer.  Instead of focusing your energy on degrading and dragging everybody down why don’t you do something productive with your time.

So an audit of the e-Mersion books and whether or not John is a co-owner or guarantor on the loan should clear it all up then! Both Ilesha and John have a history of lies and financial deceit, so I think questioning this purchase is justified. They’ve made this bed with THEIR actions, if anyone should be ashamed it should be them.

Considering everything else they’ve done a “prove it” isn’t out of order here and any court would look into it too, particularly based on the serviceability of any mortgage on the property.
