As the Directors refuse to open disclosure with shareholders regarding the state of our investment and have not held an investor meeting in four years, we have set this up to openly help one another and discuss the business and its leadership and founders John Iliopoulos, Chris Iliopoulos, and Peter Stern.

Does anyone have the name of the new cafe Chris and John are opening?

Looks like they’ve come full circle. Stole money from their previous cafe to start E-Mersion and now from what I hear they’ve stole the rest of the E-Mersion money to open a new cafe.

Anyone have the name/address? We should all drop by and support their new business!

It’s not a cafe; it’s a restaurant called Burgerlot in Mill Park.

For the record, John Iliopoulos registered the domain name on April 28th. So while e-Mersion Media was going into administration and John was avoiding his debts, not showing up to any administration meetings, and saying he was broke and couldn’t meet his financial responsibilities as director, he was actually busy setting up another company.

Also of note, their previous restaurants were all wound up as well, and staff also had to go to FairWork for their entitlements. So yes, full circle indeed.

It is unfortunate the system allows crooks like this to continue doing dodgy business and ripping people off.

It’s actually in Collingwood. Corner of Smith Street and Johnston Street.

338 Smith Street Collingwood.

You’re correct, my apologies. They used a Mill Park address when registering but have now updated to 338 Smith Street.

John and Chris have a history of running businesses into the ground, leaving employees unpaid while they face no repercussions. It’s astonishing how they can exploit others without legal consequences, knowing the harm they’ve caused. However, I firmly believe that karma will eventually catch up with them.
