As the Directors refuse to open disclosure with shareholders regarding the state of our investment and have not held an investor meeting in four years, we have set this up to openly help one another and discuss the business and its leadership and founders John Iliopoulos, Chris Iliopoulos, and Peter Stern.

Jag Sanger, new CEO of e-Mersion or Attnd Media phoenix?

We need to discuss whether or not Jag Sanger is the right person to lead the company forward as CEO, which John has been saying to some of us during the latest round of damage control.

Mr. Sanger is the founder and former MD of the Market Herald and HotCopper so he should be a familiar name to a lot of us. He was also removed by those boards after eerily similar allegations were made about him, and his defence is eerily similar to John’s blame game now. Clearly birds of a feather. 

He’s also already the person behind Attnd Media, who have taken over the Formula 1 contract from e-Mersion. Which personally leads me to believe that John and Chris plan to phoenix through that company but of course that is pure speculation. 

Has anyone else heard anything from John or Chris about this?

Honestly I wouldn’t trust anyone that John puts forward at this stage. He put Vince in control and then that turned into a disaster, then he ran it himself and now it’s in the toilet worse than before. It’s time someone completely independent came in and began by truely auditing these books.
