I hope everyone had a good start to the year. I am fairly sure that it was posted on here that John bought a $2,680,000 house last February. He’s just listed it for sale for $2,500,000 – $2,750,000.
The auction is Saturday the 24th of February. It looks like the house of cards is beginning to crumble, hopefully some of this money finds its way back into investor’s pockets before the debtors swoop in.

They’ve dropped the price to $2,450,000 to $2,695,000 after just six days on the market.
Must be a desperate sale, probably better than being repossessed.
