That’s a very good question, I won’t go into detail here as it’s part of a larger criminal investigation but as the media continues investigating I believe it will be fully published soon. When I found out about this and what government body was investigating my jaw dropped. This is the plot twist that turns this from a newspaper article to a 60 Minutes investigation.
