Supreme Court Hearing for Winding Up – March 20

E-Mersion Media will be in Supreme Court on Wednesday March 20 at 10:30am vs. the State Revenue Office in the matter of the Winding Up Order made on March 8th for unpaid tax.

It is also worth noting that according to ASIC “as a director, you have a legal responsibility to ensure your company meets its Pay As You Go (PAYG) withholding and Superannuation Guarantee Charge (SGC) obligations.
