As the Directors refuse to open disclosure with shareholders regarding the state of our investment and have not held an investor meeting in four years, we have set this up to openly help one another and discuss the business and its leadership and founders John Iliopoulos, Chris Iliopoulos, and Peter Stern.

URGENT ATTENTION ALL CREDITORS OF E-MERSION MEDIA PTY LTD

E-Mersion have entered voluntary administration because of the ATO and SRO debt and given all other creditors just TWO DAYS to submit their claims.

Please see the attached form and email your claims to christine@cjgadvisory.com.au by COB April the 16th. There is also a meeting on the 19th that all creditors need to attend to vote on, if you do not file this form and do not attend you WILL NOT be paid.

The form you need to submit is the second to last page of the attached PDF.

Please note, there may also be a conflict of interest, as the appointed Administrator has a relationship with the E-Mersion account David Jaffe. Concerns around this can be discussed at the meeting on April 19th.
