This is all playing out in front of us. We obviously have all lost our money!!

So what are we doing about this as a group?

Are we calling a shareholders meeting? Are we going to the police?

There is no contact from any of the directors so they have written us off. This is just disgusting.

Someone call a meeting so we can come together as a group and work out the best way forward?

I for one am not willing to let this slide.

I’m just appalled. It’s theft!!

They’ve stolen staff wages, staff superannuation, they’ve stolen our money, they’ve stolen from previous businesses to start this ponzi scheme and make it look successful with smoke and mirrors so we’d all invest. This is a modern day confidence scam. And now they’re ignoring all the shareholders they’ve ripped off and are phoenixing into a different entity. Yes this is theft!

I think it’s time we do all of the above. Start by filling an ATO tipoff. The more of us do this the more likely they are to take action swiftly. https://www.ato.gov.au/tipoffform/#LandingPage

Go to the media if you can! Talk to the reporters if they reach out to you. Make noise so they do not get away with this and can’t do this again!

No point, he doesn’t respond to anyone. Several of us have emailed asking for updates and shareholder updates/meetings over the years and we either get ignored or nothing happens.
