Parmenides, we appreciate that shareholders and creditors of Emersion are understandably concerned, and without entering into further repetition of the same points, your speculations are incorrect
It may be helpful to either contact the company, or as a process is possibly under way contact any appointed officer who will at some point provide a full account of assets ( including technology, and IP) and will provide a much clearer picture.

Shareholders have been trying to contact e-Mersion for a response for six months (some have told me they’ve been ignored for years) and have been met with nothing but lies and deflection, or in most cases complete silence. Nothing is going to change now.
I personally can not wait to attend the legal hearings coming their way.

Checking your app, it seems you’ve now removed e-Mersion staff member names from the Boilerplate (Corrine and Simran). Don’t worry though, I have it screenshot. My question is, if you haven’t done anything wrong like you’ve claimed then why the cover-up now? Seems awfully guilty.
Don’t worry, I am sure the fraud squad will get to the bottom of it as they’ll be investigating the E-Mersion phoenixing and Attnd Media thoroughly.
